Reviews on this site are collected and stored by Judge.me, an independent review platform, not by us. We do not write reviews, we do not pay for them, and we do not take one down for being critical.
Where these reviews come from
There are two possible sources, and we label them rather than mixing them silently.
- Reviews of the appliance, imported from the manufacturer's marketplace listing for the same model. These are not from Zavio customers. Read them as notes on the hardware, nothing more. At the moment only the NeckGlow has any, imported for model ES-1081. The GlowMask has none and we have left its section empty rather than fill it.
- Reviews from Zavio customers, collected automatically by Judge.me once a parcel is delivered. We are a new shop and none have come in yet. When they do, they will sit alongside the imported ones and be marked as verified purchases.
What we take down, and why
In September 2026 we removed a batch of the imported reviews. Every one of them described wrinkles fading, skin tightening or a jawline lifting. These are cosmetic appliances, we hold no evidence for claims like that, and under EU law a review we choose to publish becomes part of our own commercial message. Keeping them would have meant making a claim through somebody else's mouth.
That is the only reason a review comes down. A one star review saying a product is not worth the money stays up.
How it works
- Every Zavio customer is invited to review after their parcel arrives.
- We never pay for a review and we never edit the wording of one.
