A short shelf, chosen on purpose.

Zavio Market is a small European shop with an unusual policy: a product goes on the shelf only once we are willing to answer questions about it. That keeps the shelf short. Today there are two things on it.

The ZAVIO NeckGlow, a cordless neck and chin appliance that combines gentle warmth, sonic vibration, low-level EMS microcurrent and coloured LED light.
The ZAVIO GlowMask, a cordless LED face mask with seven coloured light settings and a single touch control.

The reasoning is simple. A shop with four hundred beauty gadgets cannot know four hundred products properly, and it certainly cannot answer your questions about all of them. We would rather know a couple of appliances inside out: what they do, what they do not do, what is actually in the box, and what to tell you when you write to us.

How we talk about what we sell

No claims we cannot stand behind. You will not find the words “removes wrinkles”, “lifts”, “clinically proven” or “medical” anywhere on this site. These are cosmetic appliances for personal care, and that is exactly how we describe them.
Unverified specifications stay off the page. If a number is not on a product page, it is because we have not confirmed it with the manufacturer. Ask us and we will either confirm it or tell you plainly that we cannot.
We do not write our own reviews. Reviews are collected and stored by Judge.me, an independent platform. Where they come from a manufacturer's marketplace listing rather than from Zavio customers, we say so on the product page instead of passing them off as ours, and where there are none we leave the section empty.
No manufactured urgency. No countdown timers, no “only 3 left”, no invented customer counts.

Where we are, and where we ship

We are based in Bełżyce, Poland, and we ship to 26 countries of the European Union. Poland itself is not on that list yet, because our home market is getting its own Polish-language shop rather than being served in English as an afterthought.

Prices are in euro and include VAT, and delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend. ZAVIO Market is the responsible economic operator in the EU for the products it sells, which in plain terms means we are the company you hold accountable if something is wrong with one.
