What it actually does

Three things, in one hand, in three minutes.

No app, no gel pads, no subscription. A curved metal head that warms, hums and lights up, and a routine short enough that you will actually keep it.

Warmth

The contact plate warms gently so the head glides over serum instead of dragging on dry skin. It is the part people say makes it feel like a treatment rather than a gadget.

Microcurrent (EMS)

Low-level pulses you feel as a light tingle along the jaw and neck. Intensity steps up while you hold the mode button, so you set it where it is comfortable.

LED light

Coloured light from the strip in the head: red, blue and green on the three-colour versions, seven shades on the Pink model.

One button, five modes

You will use two of them. The rest are there anyway.

  • HOTWarms the metal plate. Most people start here for thirty seconds, then switch.
  • EMSLow-level microcurrent pulses. Hold the button to step the intensity up or down.
  • CLEANSonic vibration, used at the sink with your cleanser.
  • LEDLight only: red, blue or green, or seven shades on the Pink model.
  • LIFT / LEDVibration and light together. This is the nightly pass along the jawline.

How to use it

Serum, switch on, glide upward.

  1. Put a water-based serum or gel on first. Skip oils: they block the microcurrent. Never use it on dry skin, the head needs to glide.
  2. Start at the collarbone and move up. Short upward strokes along the neck, then out along the jaw from chin to ear. Keep it moving.
  3. Stop at three minutes. Longer is not better. Rinse the head, wipe it dry, put it back in the drawer. Charge it by USB about once a fortnight.

What this is, and what it is not.

NeckGlow is a cosmetic appliance for personal care. It is not a medical device, and we are not going to tell you it removes wrinkles, lifts tissue or replaces anything a clinic does. We have no evidence for that, and it would be illegal for us to claim it in the EU. What it does is make a warm, pleasant three minutes of neck care easy enough to do every night.

Before you use it: do not use it if you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, if you are pregnant, or on broken, irritated or sunburnt skin. Keep it away from the eyes. If you are under medical care, ask your doctor first. Do not immerse it in water. Charge only from a 5 V USB supply. The full instructions and warnings are in the manual in the box.

Does it hurt?

No. The EMS setting feels like a light tingle and you control the intensity by holding the mode button, so start at the lowest step. The warmth is warm, not hot. If anything stings, the skin is too dry: add more serum.

What should I put on my skin?

A water-based serum or gel. It lets the head glide and lets the EMS setting reach the skin. Oils and rich creams block the microcurrent, so keep those for after.

How often should I use it?

Three minutes a night is plenty. There is no benefit to longer sessions, and we would rather you kept the habit than overdid it for a week and gave up.

Which colour should I pick?

They are the same appliance. Black / Silver and White have a three-colour light, and the Pink model has seven. Pick the one you would rather leave on a shelf.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
